Let's relax, stretch our legs, crack open a yawn so big it makes our mouth ache and then consider a question: if you're in the U.S. which animal is most likely to kill you?

The Whitetail Deer! I hear they are commonly seen skulking around the edges of cities in search of victims. Their hooves are really good for breaking into vehicles, but really bad for the actual driving.
Of course, what it really shows is that the deadliest things are the things that lots of people do all the time. Also bees. I guess it's allergies, but I'm quite surprised how dangerous they are.
Cattle and bulls don't surprise me at all. As Dear Reader TexWisGirl has demonstrated many a time, those guys are incredibly suspicious. There's probably at least one watching you right now...
Sweet dreams!
I knew the Whitetail Deer had it in for me.
ReplyDeleteHahaha!
ReplyDeletelaugh out LOUD!!! :) thanks for that!
ReplyDeletei have all of the above in my area except bears, alligators, sharks and cougars. everything else is lurking...
No problem! You have the top half of the list! Scary stuff. So long as you don't introduce alligators and cougars to try and scare off the deer, you should be alright.
ReplyDeleteWait, millipedes? How do you kill yourself on a millipede? Guess this is why the gene pool has a filter.
ReplyDeleteSince it's "millipedes and centipedes" I'm going to assume it was centipede and maybe an allergic reaction or something. If it was a millipede, I'd like to what that person was doing with it! Unless it was something autoerotic. Which it usually is.
ReplyDeleteLol, no wonder I am afraid of dogs and I do not have a car! I think the biggest threat for me right now is that I am going for a two-hour horse ride on Tuesday... I hope the horse does not kill me!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll be fine! All you need is for someone to carry a bouncy castle as you go and it'll be great.
